About Dan Gaspar

Dan Gaspar is an accomplished professional with 20 years of multi faceted soccer experiences. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, train and educate athletes and coaches at all levels. He is part of the Portugal coaching staff for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Head Coach Connecticut Wolves USL Pro League, USA Technical Consultant to Project 2010, South African National Team Staff, Assistant Coach Central Connecticut State University, Coach Grampus Eight, Japan, Coach major League Soccer Team – New York Metro Stars, Sporting Lisbon – Portuguese First Division, Portuguese National Team Goalkeeper Coach from 1993 to present. Selected to coaching staff for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Star Goalkeeper Academy Camp Programs

In 2010 SGA has 14 camps in 11 states. SGA has a variety of programs to suit every goalkeeper and coach. Regardless of experience, age, size or technical ability  we have a program for everyone. Our programs start with the Champions Academy for those looking for an introduction to the position all the way to our top program, the Advanced Premier program, reserved for the most advanced keepers looking to move into college and the professional ranks. The Champions Academy are also available in a Day format that runs from 9AM-5PM with lunch included and a Extended Day format that runs from 9AM-8PM with lunch and dinner included for those students who wish to commute. Students will be divided into training groups by age and skill level to ensure maximum benefit.

Connecticut Soccer School's comprehensive soccer education initiatives are part of  a systematic, professional approach for developing players and coaches at all levels.

Our programs are designed to keep competition safe and enjoyable. We promote the development of all three learning domains. As a result of our program, students will increase technical skills, tactical knowledge, and fair play. All are essential ingredients that develop soccer players into well rounded individuals.
